ETFs are subject to additional risks that do not apply to conventional mutual funds, including the risks that the market price of an ETF's shares may trade at a premium or discount to its net asset value, an active secondary trading market may not develop or be maintained, or trading may be halted by the exchange in which they trade, which may impact an ETF's ability to sell its shares. Shares of any ETF are bought and sold at market price (not NAV) and are not individually redeemed from the ETF. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns.

Where the Fund enters into derivative contracts that are exchange-traded or traded through a central clearing counterparty, the Fund is subject to the counterparty risk associated with the Fund’s clearing broker or clearinghouse. In addition, the fund may enter into derivative contracts that are privately negotiated in the over-the-counter market. The Fund’s investments in derivative instruments including options, which may be leveraged, may result in losses. Investments in derivative instruments may result in losses exceeding the amounts invested. The successful use of futures and forward contracts draws upon the Adviser’s skill and experience with respect to such instruments and are subject to special risk considerations. An option is a type of derivative instrument that gives the holder the right (but not the obligation) to buy (a “call”) or sell (a “put”) an asset in the near future at an agreed upon price prior to the expiration date of the option. The Fund may “cover” a call option by owning the security underlying the option or through other means. The Fund is non-diversified. Compared to other funds, the Fund may invest more of its assets in a smaller number of issuers. Gains or losses on a single holding may have greater impact on the Fund.
